Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We prepare all the products that we will need. For the recipe, it is better to take homemade eggs - I usually make them from them, but if they are not available, then I take store-bought ones.
STEP 2
Wash the eggs thoroughly (I always wash the shells) and beat them into a deep bowl. I usually beat the eggs into a small deep plate one at a time and then add them to the others. I do this in order to avoid spoilage of food - what if there is something spoiled among the eggs - then you will have to pour out the whole mass and cook everything again. This method also helps prevent shells from getting in, which in a small container are always visible and can be immediately removed without problems.
STEP 3
Beat the eggs with a whisk or mixer until strong and stable foam.
STEP 4
Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. Chop the onion into half rings. Remove the skin from the tomato.
STEP 5
Next, remove the seeds and excess juice from the tomatoes (we should only have pulp left).
STEP 6
Cut the ham into cubes to size.
STEP 7
Grate cheddar cheese and knead soft cheese (you can take country cheese, you can take homemade one).
STEP 8
Everything is ready for the next step, in which I will show you how to bake an egg casserole in the oven.
STEP 9
Take a large bowl and place peppers, ham, tomatoes, onions and cheese in it.
STEP 10
Fill with egg mixture. Salt to taste, add a little ground black pepper.
STEP 11
Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 12
We preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees and place our workpiece, laid out in a greased form, to bake until fully cooked.
STEP 13
In the end, we'll have some amazing morning food. Decorate with fresh herbs and serve!
