    This is what the finished casserole looks like! It’s very tasty hot, it’s not bad when it’s cooled, but its taste is not so bright, so I suggest choosing a sharper cheese for it and you can add 2 times more of it. You can also “play around” with the amount of spices.

I don’t think that semolina is needed in this recipe, I’m afraid that it will make the casserole dense, but the beauty of it is that it is very tender and at the same time holds its shape well.

A good recipe, but for some reason it seems to me that the number of calories and the content of proteins, fats and carbohydrates per 100 grams. of the finished product is calculated incorrectly. Judging by the products from which it is prepared, there should be significantly more proteins and fats, that’s for sure.
