Carp caviar pancakes with sauce
0Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Let's prepare the products.
STEP 2

Carp caviar needs to be washed well, cleaned of veins and blood.
STEP 3

Leave on the sieve for 5 minutes to drain the water.
STEP 4

Place the washed caviar into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, one pinch of baking soda (it will make the pancakes fluffier), and eggs.
STEP 5

Knead our “dough” thoroughly. I do this by hand, it’s more convenient to knead the caviar and mix everything. You can also use a spoon, whichever is more convenient for you. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
STEP 6

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up and spoon out the pancakes. The fire is below average, not great. Pancakes fry quickly. When you see that the edges have set and browned, turn it over to the other side.
STEP 7

Bring the other side to readiness.
STEP 8

Then cover with a lid for a few seconds and let the steam pass through.
STEP 9

While the pancakes are frying, prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions in a plate, season with pepper to taste and add chopped dill. Mix.
STEP 10

The finished sauce is very tasty!
STEP 11

And here are our finished pancakes. The aroma is amazing!
STEP 12

Place the pancakes on a plate and serve them with sauce. Very tasty! Bon appetit!
