  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients. For cooking, you can use any minced meat: pork, beef, chicken, turkey, or even mixed. Take premium wheat flour, use cow's milk of any fat content. Instead of Provençal herbs, you can use your favorite seasonings.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion and garlic and rinse under water. Cut the onion into medium cubes, finely chop the garlic using a sharp knife. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the onion over medium heat, then add the garlic and continue frying until a garlic aroma appears.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add the minced meat to the onion-garlic frying pan, stir and fry until the meat juice has completely evaporated. Then add salt, add seasonings and continue frying for another 5 minutes so that the minced meat is lightly fried. During cooking, constantly stir and knead the minced meat with a wooden spatula to prevent the formation of meat lumps.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Take the cannelloni and fill each pasta tube very tightly with the meat filling. Take a small rectangular pan in which you will bake the cannelloni and grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Place the stuffed pasta tubes into a mold.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Prepare a tomato sauce based on béchamel sauce. In a small saucepan, first melt the butter, and then fry the flour sifted through a sieve, stirring the products quickly. Next, begin to pour in the milk in a thin stream and, continuing to stir with a whisk, cook the sauce over medium heat until it thickens. A couple of minutes before the end of cooking the sauce, add tomato paste and salt, stir and keep the sauce on the stove for another two minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Fill the mold with the stuffed cannelloni with tomato sauce, cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

After the specified time, remove the pan, remove the foil, sprinkle the cannelloni with grated Parmesan and return the pan to the oven. Continue baking the cannelloni for another 10 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the finished cannelloni on a plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
