STEP 1

How to make canned tuna pate with egg? Prepare the necessary ingredients. First you need to transfer the canned tuna meat into a tall blender glass. You shouldn’t pour out the fish broth just yet. The amount of onion can be adjusted to your taste.
STEP 2

Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it until golden brown. STEP 3

Peel the hard-boiled egg and cut it into several pieces. Place the egg in a blender glass with the remaining ingredients.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the rest of the products. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 3-4 tablespoons of tuna can broth. This way the pate will not be dry. It’s difficult to indicate the exact amount of broth here; you need to take it by eye, since everyone’s tuna is different. I added four tablespoons.
STEP 5

Using an immersion blender attachment, thoroughly blend all ingredients until smooth and thick. Canned tuna pate can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days. Bon appetit!
