Tomato paste in this recipe can be replaced with tomatoes in their own juice, fresh tomatoes or ketchup. The amount of vegetables in the soup is indicated approximately, you can change the proportions to your taste. I used mixed minced pork and beef, but you can use any other one.

    STEP 12

Add bell pepper and tomato paste to the pan. Salt, pepper and mix everything.

  13. STEP 13

Add potatoes to soup. Bring to a boil and simmer the soup for about 5 minutes.

I have long wanted to make bean soup, it has such a pleasant taste and enveloping texture! I went to the website and found a recipe for canned red bean soup with meat. I fried onions and carrots in a frying pan. Then I transferred the vegetables to the pan. I also added tomato paste, water, chopped potatoes (I didn’t add bell pepper). I liked the idea of making meatballs from the minced meat. I haven’t made meatball soup for a long time, although I really love it. I put them in the pan when the potatoes were half cooked. The beans in the can were soft, so I added them last along with the chopped sausage (I used it instead of bacon). I usually add garlic directly to the plate if desired; my husband especially loves it. But this time I decided not to add garlic. The soup turned out aromatic, thick, with a bright rich color, very tasty! It has a good tomato note, which goes well with the beans. We ate the soup with pleasure! Thank you very much for the recipe!
