Cake with banana and boiled condensed milk

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Beat the eggs into a deep plate and add sugar, beat with a mixer at high speed until a fluffy mass forms.
STEP 2
Sift flour and cocoa into a bowl with the egg mixture, add a pinch of salt and soda, quenched with vinegar.
STEP 3
Mix the dough with a mixer at low speed to remove all lumps.
STEP 4
Prepare a baking dish: line it with parchment paper and grease with vegetable or butter. I cut out a circle for the bottom and a strip for the sides. I have a detachable form, very convenient. Pour the dough, which should be evenly distributed throughout the mold. The smaller the shape in diameter, the higher the sponge cake will turn out.
STEP 5
Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I placed a baking tray with water on the bottom of the oven. The oven door must not be opened for the first 20 minutes, otherwise the biscuit will settle. Check readiness with a toothpick. Take the finished cake out of the oven and remove it from the mold, let it cool slightly.
STEP 6
While the cake is cooling, prepare the cream. To do this, beat the boiled condensed milk and naturally melted butter (at room temperature) with a mixer. The cream should be quite fluffy.
STEP 7
Divide the cake into two parts crosswise using a knife or thread, grease the lower part with cream.
STEP 8
Prepare the banana immediately before use so that it does not darken in advance. Just clean it and cut it into oblong or round pieces.
STEP 9
Place banana slices on top of the cream and apply another layer of cream on top for better adhesion between the cakes.
STEP 10
Cover the bottom cake with the top cake.
STEP 11
Grease the cake with the remaining cream on all sides.
STEP 12
We chop the nuts in a convenient way. I put them on a cutting board, covered them with a bag and crushed them with a kitchen hammer.
STEP 13
Sprinkle the cake with nuts and let it soak for a while.
