Cake pops in silicone form

The favorite treat of all children is beautiful and tasty lollipops! What I liked about this recipe was that it “didn’t give me a headache”, that some product can cause mass food poisoning

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

It is better to lay out the butter in advance to make it easier to beat later.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

    1. Technological step recommended by the manufacturer of a Teflon mold for baking cakepops: take a small amount of butter and grease both sides of the mold. Place them in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    2. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    3. Add about a third of the sugar to the protein.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    4. Beat the protein-sugar mixture until stiff.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    5. Combine the rest of the sugar with the yolks and butter, mix

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    6. Sift flour and baking powder into the yolk-butter mixture, knead the dough

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    7. Mix the whipped egg white foam into the dough (in three portions)

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

    8. Remove the pre-greased pans from the refrigerator. Place the dough in the one without holes. It takes about a tablespoon per cell, be sure to put it in heaps. If you use exactly the same form as in my photo in the recipe, under no circumstances try to distribute the dough into all 24 cells, there is clearly not enough of it in this recipe.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    9. Bake the cake pops in a preheated oven at 180 degrees on an average level for 15 minutes. It is better to remove the finished products from the mold after they have cooled. Do this with a toothpick or some kind of plastic pick; metal ones can scratch the Teflon coating of the mold. When the cake pops have cooled, prepare the chocolate for glaze (I took dark chocolate, and mixed a higher percentage into the standard glaze base)

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

    10. Chocolate needs to be chopped

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

    11. and melt in a steam bath

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

    12. Pierce a hole in the cake pop with a stick to the desired depth (sticks are a separate topic

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

    13. and insert into the hole. After this, the chocolate needs to be allowed to harden. I had the opportunity to take pallets with this semi-finished product outside - at zero temperature it takes about 10-15 minutes. In the refrigerator, I think it will take a similar time. But those who for some reason do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the cold will have to wait several hours until the chocolate hardens.

Delicious!!! And beautiful))) For a children's party - just what you need! Tastes like a chocolate covered cupcake. Very filling. Personally, I couldn’t eat more than one at a time)) Tomorrow BD Daughters, I’ll definitely cook it again!

Cool, looks very tasty! These cupcakes in the picture look just like New Year's balls, I'm sure the kids will really like them! As for the ingredients, they are very simple, I think a good housewife has it all, she just may have to buy confectionery sprinkles and chocolate. I remember in the program “Everything Will Be Good” Elizaveta Glinskaya and Nadyushka Matveeva prepared them! Preparing these cupcakes is so addictive for the whole family. Every time it is so exciting, fun, the smell of chocolate, joy hormones! There is nothing complicated in preparing this dessert. Actually, this is a chocolate-covered sponge cake on a stick. A great idea for a party! And in general too! As I heard, this unusual pastry has recently appeared in Australia and America and already occupies a certain place on the tables of Russian housewife mothers. In fact, it doesn’t seem to taste that new (but undoubtedly tasty), however, the appearance of such cakes is simply wonderful: they are a round mini-cake on a stick. Children are simply delighted with this dessert and eat it much faster than making cake pops. These pastries can decorate any table; kids don’t risk getting smeared with chocolate, because especially for little fidgets, the cakes are secured with hot chocolate on a stick. I am delighted! Everything is so simple and easy to do! Thank you very much to the author for the detailed instructions!

Thank you for your support, Valeria! I didn’t even realize that they looked like Christmas tree balls. But it’s true! The kids simply swept the cake pops off the table! I wanted to photograph first the full dishes (in Elisen’s recipe), and then the almost empty ones - I didn’t have time twice! By the time I make the camera, take off the lens and take a look - oops, the plate is already empty... Well, at least I managed to get this mom and the cake pop, here she is:

Natasha, what nice cake pops, and I see the eater in the photo is also thrifty, he grabbed two things at once, I’ll have to look for a mold, otherwise I didn’t notice it, but in terms of the structure of cake pops, do they resemble cupcakes or are they even denser?? Oh, how I forgot, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! All the best and beautiful May all your wishes come true in the New Year!!!

Oh, Mag, you are a wonderful mother, how many different goodies did you have to prepare to please all the mothers and the schoolchildren themselves, but the process is very labor-intensive and complex, did you even manage to try it yourself? Cake pops are not just good, they are wonderful, very neat - no flaws in execution, decorated colorfully, this is a great lesson for all mothers, I am sure that your cakes were the very first to be eaten and without any leftovers))) I would like to do it again)))

Oh, Shur, there were a ton of flaws there, read the article about the forms, I was the one experimenting. Cold molded ones are probably more accurate (I’ll make them for myself - I’ll post the recipes, but almost nothing is suitable for the holidays). For that reason, baked and covered in chocolate - absolutely without any problems according to San-Epidical requirements.
