STEP 1
How to make a Number One Cake for a year? Prepare the products according to the list. You can take eggs from categories C0 or C1. It is best to use flower honey. Wash the eggs and dry with napkins.

In a non-stick large saucepan, cut the butter into pieces and add honey. Place the pan on the fire and melt everything. But don't heat it too hot.
STEP 3
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs with sugar and whisk them a little with a whisk. There is no need to beat anything, just stir.
STEP 4
Combine the melted butter (not hot!) with the egg mixture and mix everything well. Now put the pan back on the fire and, stirring constantly, bring its contents to a boil.
STEP 5
Remove the boiling mixture from the heat and immediately add the baking soda. Mix everything vigorously. In this case, the soda will react with honey. The mass will begin to foam and increase in volume. Now set this honey mass aside and let it cool until warm.
STEP 6
Then pour sifted premium flour into the honey mass and knead the dough. It may take you more or less flour than it did for me. Therefore, focus on the consistency of the dough.
STEP 7
The dough will stick to your hands a little. But don't rush to add more flour. There is no need to do this, as it will make the dough heavier. Cover the bowl with the dough and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
STEP 8
During this time, the dough will cool completely, settle and be easy to work with. And now it will not stick to your hands at all. Divide the finished dough into 3 parts and roll each into a thin layer of dough.
STEP 9
From a sheet of A4 paper, cut out the number one.
STEP 10
Using this stencil, cut out the number 1 from the dough. Prick it with a fork over the entire surface so that the dough does not bubble up when baking. Place the figure in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 4-7 minutes (time depends on your oven). Don't go far from the oven - the cakes cook very quickly. Do not bake the crust too much. It should turn a little golden color. Bake all the cakes and cool.
STEP 11
To prepare the cream, combine cream with a fat content of at least 33% with powdered sugar and beat into a fluffy butter cream. Then stir room temperature cream cheese into the cream.
STEP 12
The finished cream will be quite thick.
STEP 13
Using a pastry bag, pipe cream onto one cake layer. Cover with the second cake layer.
STEP 14
Assemble the cake this way. Place it in a resealable box and put it in the refrigerator for several hours so that it is well soaked, but does not dry out. Why put it in a box? This is necessary so that all the moisture from the cream does not evaporate, but is absorbed into the cakes.
STEP 15
After a few hours, decorate the cake to your liking. For decoration you can use candies, cookies, fruits or berries. Enjoy your treat!
