My family loves this cake! I’m already tired of biscuits and honey cakes (always something baked with coffee and tea). For a long time I didn’t dare to make this cake, but yesterday I dared. Indeed, everything is not as scary as it seems. It turned out quickly and not at all difficult. I made the cakes round, d20cm. I baked all 3 at the same time on 2 baking sheets, changing their position in the oven (top-bottom). Baked in 30 minutes. In 10 minutes. baking at 170 degrees, reduced the heat to 100 degrees, as the author advises, and after 10 minutes. I started baking in the slightly open oven until the bizet was dry. It turned out perfect. I put mayonnaise in the dough. I used 20% cream for the glaze. Due to the fat content of the cream, the glaze did not harden, remained soft, but did not flow from the surface of the cake. The cake is incredibly delicious! Crispy but not dry. Crumbly, tender. I haven't tried anything like this. Indescribable taste. You MUST cook and try!!! A million thanks to the author.
