For a long time I looked closely at the recipe for the Negro’s Kiss cake made from kefir sponge cake. And so I decided to bake it. I mixed the biscuit for eighteen servings. I replaced kefir with one glass of milk and one glass of yogurt. Instead of baking soda, I added two teaspoons of baking powder. The sponge cake was baked in a mold with a diameter of 26 cm for 40 minutes. I put the cooled biscuit in the refrigerator for one hour to make it easier to cut. I cut it into two cake layers. Sour cream is very simple to make, all you need to do is mix sour cream (I had 320 grams), sugar and cocoa with a mixer. I sprinkled the finished cake with dark chocolate shavings made using a vegetable peeler. The cake turned out very appetizing with a bright chocolate taste. The cream is amazingly delicate, it perfectly soaked the cakes. The whole family loved the cake. The tea party turned out great. Thank you very much for the recipe!
