We begin to bring to life a delicious culinary recipe - Elena cake: grind soft creamy margarine together with sugar (take it in packs),

add eggs and warmed honey.
STEP 4
Place the resulting mass in a water bath and begin to heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula. Pour in soda slaked in citric acid. Gradually stir in the flour until the dough is smooth and without lumps.

Set the dough aside to rest for at least twenty minutes. You can even put it in the refrigerator.

Then we roll it out into a layer or simply take the desired form with a Teflon coating and press our dough into it, leveling the surface with our fingers.

At the same time, we try to divide all the dough into the maximum possible number of cakes. The peculiarity of this cake is this: the more layers, the better.
STEP 8
Carefully trim the baked cakes so that they are all the same size. We rub the trimmings on a fine grater - this will be our powder. We coat each cake with cream, and decorate the top and sides with sprinkles - the beautiful food is ready.
STEP 9
Preparation of the cream: cook the sugar syrup, add condensed milk to it and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring. Let cool, and then beat together with butter. At the very end, add ground nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds).

We soak each cake with cream.
STEP 11
At the end, sprinkle the cake coated with cream with a sprinkle of cake scraps grated on a fine grater. I didn’t do this because I think the cake is beautiful already at this stage.
