Cabbage with mushrooms in a slow cooker

The simplest recipe for a hearty dish - it will be tasty and healthy. Cabbage with mushrooms is both an independent dish and a side dish for meat or fish, and even as a cold or cold appetizer. An excellent alternative to meat dishes during Lent. Anyone who likes to eat healthily or fast will rejoice at it. If you do not add oil, the dish will be much healthier and not so dangerous for your figure. It is appropriate both in the everyday menu and in the holiday menu (even on fasting days).

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Cover with a lid and forget about everything. The multicooker will do everything for you. Cooking time may vary and depends on the characteristics of the products you use (champignons and young cabbage will cook faster, wild mushrooms and sauerkraut will take longer), on average it will take 30-40 minutes to cook. Do not open the multicooker immediately, but 5-7 minutes after turning it off.

I suggest stewing potatoes with cabbage and meat in a slow cooker. A two-in-one dish.

I prepared cabbage with mushrooms in a slow cooker very quickly. I didn't even have to leave the "fry" mode. I followed the recipe and used frozen chopped cabbage. Added bay leaf and allspice. A very tasty dish, you can simply eat it with bread, or you can serve it with some savory porridge. I will definitely cook this again!
