My husband and I really love stewed cabbage, so we prepared cabbage with carrots and onions in a frying pan as a side dish for fried fish. I had about half a kilogram of cabbage, but I didn’t reduce the amount of onions and carrots. I cut the onion into cubes and grated the carrots on a medium grater. After frying, I added half the cabbage. If the volume of cabbage is large, then it is convenient to lay it out in parts in a frying pan. And if you add salt right away, the cabbage will settle faster and make room for the next batch. For spices, I used paprika, pieces of paprika, curry, dried dill and bay leaves. As soon as the cabbage became soft enough, I removed the bay leaves so that it would not leave a bitter taste in the dish. The stewed cabbage turned out tasty and juicy! A variety of spices and garlic perfectly complemented it with their aromas!

I cooked cabbage with carrots and onions in a frying pan for dinner as a separate dish. It turned out nourishing, tasty, and at the same time easy! Lightly fried the onions and carrots, added cabbage and stirred. For spices, I added salt, smoked paprika, pepper, suneli hops, and aromatic herbs of the Crimea. I also added a little water and simmered the cabbage until tender. At the end I added a little butter. Very tasty cabbage, imbued with the aroma of spices!
