How to cook cabbage stew with rice and potatoes? Here are all the products we will need. First, peel all the vegetables and cut them into shapes at your discretion)

Boil the rice until done.

And boil the potatoes until done.

Place the onions and carrots in a cauldron or frying pan and fry over low heat for ~10 minutes.

Then chop the cabbage and add it to the onions and carrots :) you can also add 1 tbsp tomato paste)

And simmer for 10-15 minutes (check the readiness of the products)

Now your cabbage is ready, if you want it to look more like a stew or soup, just add more water :)

As for whether this is suitable for a Lenten menu, well, I have doubts because... my views on the Lenten menu are quite critical, but that’s a completely different story.
