I liked the cabbage soup recipe for weight loss not at all because of its dietary purpose, but because of the content of attractive and healthy ingredients - cabbage, bell pepper, celery, etc. I nevertheless increased the calorie content of the soup by adding potatoes, a spoonful of vegetable oil and even sour cream at submission. It turned out to be a very tasty soup! And even with my additional ingredients, it’s not difficult to keep your weight at normal)))

It was a good soup! It cooks quickly - only 25 minutes, and it took another 15 minutes to cut everything. I was very afraid that it would look like ordinary cabbage soup, but no, it turned out very original, and most importantly, it was healthy and the child liked it too.

What a fortified soup this turns out to be, I’ll definitely have to try it! After all, it cooks very quickly and you don’t have to stand at the stove for an hour!
