Cabbage salad with beets and carrots without sterilization

STEP 1
To prepare a delicious vegetable salad for the winter without sterilization, we prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2
We chop two kilograms of cabbage quite finely and put it in a large enamel pan.
STEP 3
Cut half a kilogram of bell pepper into strips and add it to the pan.
STEP 4
Cut one kilogram of onion into half rings and place it in a saucepan.
STEP 5
Mix all the ingredients well in the pan.
STEP 6
Add half a liter of water to the pan, then add four tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of salt.
STEP 7
Pour two hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into a pan, then put it on the stove and turn it on to medium temperature.
STEP 8
Grate one kilogram of carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 9
Place the grated carrots in the pan and, after mixing all the ingredients, continue to simmer the vegetables.
STEP 10
Grate one kilogram of beets on a coarse grater.
STEP 11
Place the grated beets in a common saucepan and stir.
STEP 12
Covering the pan with a lid, cook the salad for forty minutes, then mix and simmer for another twenty minutes, and five minutes before readiness, add two tablespoons of 70% vinegar essence to the pan and stir.
STEP 13
Place the prepared salad while hot in sterile jars and cover with sterile lids.
STEP 14
