Butter pie with yogurt and vanilla infusion
A fragrant pie will pleasantly complement a family tea party! A very tasty pie, its consistency does not resemble an airy sponge cake, as in a regular charlotte, but a delicate creamy cupcake.

Step-by-step preparation

Ingredients

Mix eggs, yogurt and sugar, beat until fluffy.
STEP 3

Add melted (slightly cooled) butter. Butter can be replaced with vegetable oil.
STEP 4

Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the egg mixture.
STEP 5

Mix well.
STEP 6

Place the dough in a mold (mine is 22 cm in diameter).
STEP 7

Peel and cut the apples into slices, place on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. It is not necessary to place the apples on top; if you wish, you can cut the apples into pieces and mix them into the dough.
STEP 8

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 40 minutes. Let the pie cool completely and serve. Bon appetit!

Alisa, thank you, but my husband is lucky))) he does not naturally gain weight, apparently his metabolism is good, his excess weight goes away in a matter of days on its own, I would be so lucky
