STEP 1
Dissolve yeast in kefir, adding sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. As foam appears, add salt, vanilla sugar, eggs, margarine, vegetable oil and sifted flour.
STEP 2
Knead the dough thoroughly for about 15 minutes, it should become elastic and non-sticky. Leave it in a warm place under a towel until it rises, about 2-3 hours. Then knead the dough and cut it.
STEP 3
We divide it into several pieces of the same size and roll them out. Sprinkle each circle with cinnamon (or grease with jam, preserves, marmalade).
STEP 4

Roll it into a roll and cut it into pieces.
STEP 5

We cut each part in the middle and turn it inside out to make something like a flower. But you can also leave it in the form of rolls, which is also beautiful.
STEP 6
Place the buns on a greased sheet and brush each one with beaten egg. Let it rise for 25 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Grease the finished buns with butter or sprinkle with sugar fudge, milk or protein glaze.
