Buns with eggs and herbs on yogurt

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the greens and all other necessary ingredients in advance.
STEP 2

Finely chop the spinach and onions with a knife.
STEP 3

Crush the chopped greens well with a mashed potato masher.
STEP 4

Add finely chopped boiled eggs to the prepared green mass, add salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
STEP 5

Pour the yogurt, chicken egg, salt and add tea soda into a deep bowl and let stand for three minutes until abundant bubbles from the slaked soda appear on the surface.
STEP 6

Add flour to the resulting mixture in parts, as much as the dough asks for, and knead the dough to a not very stiff consistency.
STEP 7

Roll out the finished dough into circles, put the filling in the middle and start sculpting it like belyashi, and then closing the middle, roll the workpiece into a bun.
STEP 8

Place the buns on a greased baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C until fully cooked. Baking time depends directly on your oven, from 25 minutes to 1.5 hours.
STEP 9

The buns turned out great! Remove from the oven and serve hot with tea. When hot, they are more tasty and aromatic. Bon appetit everyone!
