Bulk pie made with sour cream with delicate curd filling
Very tasty cottage cheese pie. Both children and adults will like it. A delicious pie with curd filling, easy to prepare.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Grind the softened butter with sugar.
STEP 2

Mix flour with baking powder.
STEP 3

Add the resulting mixture to the oil. Mix all ingredients with your hands.
STEP 4

You should get flour crumbs. This is the dough.
STEP 5

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork or puree using an immersion blender.
STEP 6

You will get a curd porridge like this.
STEP 7

Add sour cream, egg yolks to the cottage cheese and mix well.
STEP 8

Beat the egg whites and sugar into a stiff foam so that the whites do not spill out when the bowl is tilted.
STEP 9

Combine the whipped whites with the curd mass and mix gently.
STEP 10

Place half of the dough into a baking dish or baking sheet.
STEP 11

Place the curd-protein mixture on top and sprinkle the remaining dough over the cottage cheese.
STEP 12

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180°C for ~25-30 minutes.

Elena, thank you so much for the recipe! It turned out sooo delicious!!! True, I had butter from the freezer, I had to grate it, dipping it in flour. And perhaps next time I’ll put a little less sugar, but that’s not for everyone.
