Lots of apples, crispy crust and in just 10 minutes and in the oven. You will definitely love this apple pie. The whipped egg white under the “cap” adds original crispness and taste. You will definitely surprise your family and guests with this pie.

Valentina, thank you so much for the recipe, it turned out very tasty! Very tasty crispy crust and tender apple filling. Can you please tell me if I reduce the sugar added to the egg whites, will the crunchiness of the crust not be lost? And yet, my apples were juicy and the bottom crust was a little soggy. Should I have squeezed the apples or was it better to add starch or semolina to them? Or maybe cut into large pieces and pre-heat in a frying pan? What do you advise?
