For dinner I cooked buckwheat with fish in the oven. According to this recipe, the buckwheat turned out crumbly. And fried onions and carrots give the dish a delicious taste and aroma. I took all the ingredients as indicated in the recipe. I washed the pollock fillet, dried it and rubbed it with salt and ground black pepper. I left it to marinate for 10 minutes. I cut the onion into small cubes and fried it in a frying pan until golden brown. I grated the carrots on a coarse grater and added them to the onions. I fried for another 7 minutes. Turned on the oven at 200 degrees. I washed the buckwheat and placed it in a baking dish along with fried onions and carrots. My form was full, so I simmered it in a frying pan. I filled it with water so that it was 1-1.5 centimeters higher than the cereal. The fish fillet was greased on both sides with mayonnaise. And put it on top. Mine simmered for about 40 minutes. Pollock fillet, I think, can be replaced with fillet of any other fish. I added finely chopped dill to the finished dish.
