Cut the meat into pieces.

Peel and cut the carrots into strips.
STEP 3

Peel and cut the onion into thin quarter rings.
STEP 4

Heat the oil in a frying pan.
STEP 5

Add the onion and fry until half cooked.
STEP 6

Add carrots and fry slightly under the lid.
STEP 7

Add the meat, stir and simmer until almost cooked.
STEP 8

During the process, add salt, pepper and dry garlic to taste.
STEP 9

When the roast is ready, remove it from the heat and stir.
STEP 10

Layer the grains and roast into a large oven-safe container.
STEP 11

Pour boiling water 1-2 cm above the surface of cereals and meat with vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 12

Stir the contents of the container a little without disturbing the layers. Place in the oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes. The porridge is ready when all the liquid has been absorbed.
STEP 13

Let cool slightly and serve.
