STEP 1

How to make pancakes from buckwheat flour? Prepare the following ingredients. Pre-sieve both types of flour through a cheeto. I took 3.2% kefir, egg category C0. STEP 2

In a deep bowl, lightly beat the broken raw egg with sugar. Add kefir and mix thoroughly. The amount of sugar can be reduced or increased, and you can also add vanilla sugar.
STEP 3

Add buckwheat flour, followed by wheat flour. Add baking soda and salt. Knead the dough. You may need a little less or more flour, use the consistency of the dough as a guide. Leave the bowl of dough on the counter for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 4

Heat the pan over medium heat. Pour in vegetable oil and distribute it evenly over the entire bottom of the pan. Without stirring the dough, use a spoon or ladle to place the dough into the pan. The dough is steep and when placing it on the frying pan, help spread it a little with a spoon. Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
STEP 5

Serve the finished buckwheat pancakes with kefir hot or warm. In addition to them, you can offer sour cream, jam, honey, as well as a cup of freshly brewed tea or coffee.
