How to make pancakes from buckwheat flour? Prepare the following ingredients. Pre-sieve both types of flour through a cheeto. I took 3.2% kefir, egg category C0. Prepare a frying pan for frying pancakes. You will learn all the intricacies of making pancakes by reading the article below the steps. I am preparing such pancakes for the first time, so I reduced the amount of ingredients by half.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a deep bowl, lightly beat the broken raw egg with sugar. Add kefir and mix thoroughly. The amount of sugar can be reduced or increased, and you can also add vanilla sugar.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add buckwheat flour, followed by wheat flour. Add baking soda and salt. Knead the dough. You may need a little less or more flour, use the consistency of the dough as a guide. Read about the properties of flour and the use of soda in the articles at the end of the recipe. The dough turns out quite thick, similar to very fatty sour cream. Leave the bowl of dough on the counter for 20-30 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Heat the pan over medium heat. Pour in vegetable oil and distribute it evenly over the entire bottom of the pan. Without stirring the dough, use a spoon or ladle to place the dough into the pan. The dough is steep and when placing it on the frying pan, help spread it a little with a spoon. Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked (about 5-7 minutes).

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Serve the finished buckwheat pancakes with kefir hot or warm. In addition to them, you can offer sour cream, jam, honey, as well as a cup of freshly brewed tea or coffee.

I once baked pancakes from buckwheat flour according to a recipe from the website. It turned out delicious. Today I looked at another recipe on the site, this time for pancakes made from buckwheat flour. I prepared pancakes with homemade kefir. I had to dilute it with water because it was thick. For one partial glass of kefir I took 0.4 cups of buckwheat and wheat flour, 1 egg, soda, a little sugar and salt. I don’t add a lot of sugar, as I like unsweetened pancakes. Sweet and unsweetened additives go well with them - sour cream, jam, condensed milk. The dough turned out thick, light chocolate color. I put a tablespoonful of it on the frying pan. My pancakes came out with a slight taste of buckwheat. I fried them in vegetable oil, I usually don’t regret it, I take 2-3 tbsp. spoons of butter for each serving. The pancakes were fried until dark brown and the edges were crispy. Delicious! They were eaten hot with sour cream and condensed milk. Thank you so much for the recipe!
