STEP 1
How to bake broccoli in sour cream in the oven? Prepare your food. Broccoli is suitable either fresh or frozen. Frozen does not need to be defrosted first. Use sour cream of any fat content.
STEP 2
Wash fresh broccoli and separate into florets.
STEP 3
Boil water in a saucepan. Add salt and add cabbage to boiling water. Boil it for 3-4 minutes, frozen - 1 minute is enough.
STEP 4
Then drain the broccoli in a colander, but leave a little of the water, you will need it later.
STEP 5
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 6
Add sour cream, salt and pepper to the cheese. Don't add too much salt, as the cheese already contains it. To make the sour cream filling thinner, pour a little cabbage broth into it. Mix well.
STEP 7
Take a suitable baking dish. Grease it with a piece of soft butter. Place the broccoli in the pan in a single layer. I prepared half a portion, my mold measures 22*17cm.
STEP 8
Pour the sour cream and cheese mixture over the broccoli and spread it evenly with a spoon.
STEP 9
Bake broccoli in an oven preheated to 220°C for 15-25 minutes. The exact time will depend on the size of the pan and the features of your oven.
STEP 10
Serve the baked broccoli to the table. Bon appetit!
