  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make Bride salad with mushroom mayonnaise and smoked chicken? Prepare your food. I have mayonnaise in a pastry syringe bottle - it’s very convenient when preparing puff salads.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

First of all, set the eggs to boil - after boiling, cook for 10 minutes - we need hard-boiled eggs.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

And also let the potatoes boil in their jackets - after boiling, add a little salt.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Then wash the champignons thoroughly and cut into slices.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place the champignons in a frying pan and fry without adding oil - first all the water from the mushrooms should be gone.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

When there is no water left, add vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms until tender.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the mushrooms, fry everything until tender. Add some salt.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

The potatoes are boiled, cooled, peeled, the eggs are peeled, the mushrooms are fried - let's start assembling the salad)) I prepared one large portion - I put a molding ring on a plate and the first layer - grated potatoes.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

On top there is a mesh of mayonnaise.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

The second layer is diced smoked chicken.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place the chicken on top of the potatoes and place a sieve of mayonnaise on top. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your taste. It may take more or less, you can simply coat the surface with an even layer.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

The third layer is finely grated yolks; there is no need to grease them with mayonnaise.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Place a layer of fried mushrooms and onions on the yolks.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

On top there is a mesh of mayonnaise.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Well, the top layer is finely grated whites. They look very fluffy and tender - well, like a bride) The salad is ready. Remove the molding ring and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set. The peculiarity of layered salads is to allow them to soak well. If time permits, it is better to make such salads on the eve of the celebration, for example, in the evening.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

    Bon appetit!

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

And this is what the salad looks like in portions. Bon appetit!

Very tasty and very cute salad! We ate it with pleasure! I prepared the salad by taking a cylindrical plastic package without a bottom, which I used instead of a molding ring. I washed this “form” thoroughly and began to lay out the layers. I laid out the grated potatoes first. Top it with fried champignons and onions. Then egg yolks, above - meat disassembled into fibers (I had pork) and, finally, egg whites. I added a little salt to each layer and greased it with mayonnaise. I love juicy salads, so I didn’t skimp on mayonnaise. To ensure the salad was properly soaked, I put it in the refrigerator overnight. It turned out great! I’m adding the recipe for the bride’s salad with mushrooms, mayonnaise and smoked chicken to my piggy bank. Thank you very much for the recipe!

Very tasty salad with mushrooms and mayonnaise! You can’t ruin any option with smoked chicken :)) I’ll also scatter olives, because I really like them! At first I thought that the shown calories per 100 grams were not enough, I wasn’t too lazy - I calculated it, just a little more :)) So we eat everything!
