Pumpkin bread in the oven attracted me with its unusualness. I boiled the pumpkin. I kneaded the dough according to the recipe. It rose well. At the same time, it had a structure that stuck to your hands, so I worked with the dough by greasing my hands with sunflower oil. I liked Maria's idea of ​​wrapping the dough with thread to give it shape. But the texture of my soft, sticky dough did not allow me to realize it. Well, nothing! Next time I’ll add a little more flour to the dough and do the same. The bread turned out soft and airy inside. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!
