STEP 1
How to cook Bonn soup for weight loss? Prepare your food. Wash and dry the vegetables first. Place the green peas in a sieve to drain all the liquid. You can replace the bouillon cube with a mixture of salt and spices.
STEP 2
Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
STEP 3
Cut the tomatoes into 2 parts, remove the stem, then cut each part into medium-thick pieces. Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can use canned ones; choose only those that contain only tomatoes. You can first peel the tomatoes.
STEP 4
Chop the cabbage thinly. It is better if it is young cabbage, which is softer and juicier. But, if we are talking about the winter or spring period, when there is no young cabbage on store shelves yet, then any will do.
STEP 5
Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater. You can also cut it into strips or small cubes - carrots cut this way in the soup will look even better.
STEP 6
For greens I used dill and parsley. Wash them, dry them and chop them. You can cut the stems or leave them. Core the pepper and cut into strips. It is better to take green or yellow pepper to make the soup more colorful.
STEP 7
Place water on the stove over medium heat and bring it to a boil. Add vegetables: cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, onions and peppers. Stir.
STEP 8
Bring everything to a boil.
STEP 9
Add peas.
STEP 10
Add bouillon cubes (or seasoned salt).
STEP 11
Cook the soup for 10 minutes over medium heat and another 5-10 minutes on low. When the vegetables become soft, turn off the heat.
STEP 12
Bonn soup is ready!
STEP 13
