    Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater. You can also cut it into strips or small cubes - carrots cut this way in the soup will look even better.

    For greens I used dill and parsley. Wash them, dry them and chop them. You can cut the stems or leave them. Core the pepper and cut into strips. It is better to take green or yellow pepper to make the soup more colorful.

The recipe for Bonn soup for weight loss reminded me that it would be nice to have a fasting day))) I prepared the necessary ingredients and started cooking. I don't use bouillon cubes, but I had some broth from boiling chicken breast for the salad. While the broth was boiling, I chopped vegetables (I added a small piece of pumpkin beyond the recipe), I didn’t follow any special proportions, I was guided by the volume of the pan. The vegetables were cooked quickly (the main thing is not to overcook them). From the greens I took dill and parsley. The soup turned out light and flavorful. I had breakfast with pleasure. The soup, to my surprise, turned out to be very tasty. Why is it surprising? But because I thought: “Well, what kind of soup is it without butter, without salt?!” Some kind of vegetable compote.” But no. After I put all the vegetables in boiling water, such an aroma rose in the kitchen (and fresh pepper “screamed” the loudest) that everyone wanted to eat. But, I confess, I still salted it. So, I recommend it to everyone, especially since the soup is prepared in about 15-20 minutes. I would like to add that I cooked half of the indicated portion in a 3-liter saucepan.
