STEP 1
How to cook bone soup? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take pork with bones. Rinse the meat in running water. Then fill with clean cold water, put on fire and bring to a boil. During the heating process, foam will form, which must be removed. Cook the meat for an hour until tender and tender. The broth should be simmered over low heat. When cooked this way, the meat will be tender and the broth rich.
STEP 2
If the soup is being prepared for children, then remove the finished meat from the soup and separate it from the bones. They won't be needed anymore. They gave all their benefits to the broth during cooking. And it is thanks to them that the finished soup will be satisfying and rich. Strain the broth and return the boneless meat to it. Place the pan with the broth on the fire and bring to a boil.
STEP 3
Peel and chop the onion and carrots - finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables in a hot frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Then add the frying mixture to the pan soup.
STEP 4
Peel the potatoes and cut into medium pieces. Add chopped potatoes to the soup and boil for about 10 minutes. Add a little salt and spices to the soup to taste. Then add a little vermicelli, cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
STEP 5
At the end of cooking, add a little chopped herbs to the soup. Cover the finished pork soup on the bone and let it brew for 15-20 minutes. Pour the soup into bowls and serve. Bon appetit!
