STEP 1

How to make a salad of boiled vegetables without mayonnaise? Prepare your ingredients. If desired, the composition of the products can be changed by excluding or adding any vegetables, fresh herbs and spices. Wash the vegetables and boil them in their skins. To shorten the cooking time of beets, you can add a pinch of soda to the water in which the beets are cooked. This way it will cook much faster and retain more vitamins. Drain the water, let the vegetables cool, then peel them

Cut the beets into cubes or strips.
