    Clean the fish, remove the heads and spines. Boil in salted water, cool.

    Sort through, removing any seeds. This needs to be done as carefully as possible.

    Finely chop the onion.

    Chop the celery very finely too.

    Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Stew the vegetables in a small amount of oil (you can add a little fish broth). Add ketchup or tomato sauce to the stewed vegetables - to taste. Bring to a boil and turn off the gas.

I love any kind of fish, but I was wary of blue whiting and only bought it for my cat. But when I saw your recipe I was immediately interested and decided to cook it that same day. And my surprise knew no bounds. Thanks to celery, the fish acquired such an unusual taste that you will lick your fingers!
