The salad is juicy, tasty, original, very pleasant. Garlic sauce adds a special aroma and taste to the dish, combining perfectly with its ingredients.     How to make Blonde salad with ham? Products for cooking. Peel and wash potatoes, garlic. I took medium-sized tomatoes, doused them with boiling water, then easily peeled them off (you can take cherry tomatoes).

    Grate the potatoes on a Korean carrot grater (You can cut them into thin long cubes, but on a Korean grater it’s still more beautiful, more spectacular). Before deep-frying potatoes, fill them with cold water, rinse them from excess starch, and dry them on paper napkins.

    In a wok or cauldron, deep-fry the potatoes in batches (I got 4) until golden brown. These potatoes brown quite quickly, so there is a risk of overcooking them. Monitor its frying, stir in time with a spatula.

    Make the sauce: mix mayonnaise and sour cream in equal proportions, squeeze out the garlic, add ground black pepper to taste.

    Place deep-fried potatoes on paper towels. The napkins will absorb excess fat.

    Meanwhile, cut the ham into cubes and grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

    If you have cherry tomatoes, just cut them in half. If you have regular tomatoes, cut them into slices. We will place the salad on the dish in layers, coating each layer with sauce. Place the tomatoes on a plate. This will be the first layer of salad.

    Place French fries on top of the salad and make the final touch: decorate our Blonde’s “hairstyle” with a flower made from a cucumber-tomato and green onion feathers. An interesting recipe, one like this doesn’t come around very often. The ingredients seem simple, but the way the potatoes are prepared gives this salad a special twist. It’s a pity that I don’t have deep fryer (but maybe I’ll try to fry the potatoes in a frying pan with a lot of oil.
