Last fall my daughter and my brother went on a tour of Europe. There are a lot of impressions and stories. But if girls are more emotional and like monuments and museums, then men look at everything more practically. and my brother was the first to name among his praises the cuisines that he had the pleasure of trying. and in Germany he tried cabbage with pork knuckle - he really liked it. I kept trying to find out - how was this cabbage made? in the end we found out that the dish he liked was nothing other than bigos! Well, of course, the shank also played an important role. and so I found this wonderful recipe on the site and prepared bigos, and replaced the shank with just pork. It turned out quite tasty and satisfying. thanks for the good recipe!
