STEP 1
How to quickly and very simply prepare bell peppers stuffed with minced meat, rice and vegetables, which will definitely appeal to many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for cooking stuffed peppers in a frying pan with tomato and sour cream sauce.
STEP 2
To prepare vegetable frying, take a frying pan and place it on the stove that is on, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and heat it, then finely chop a large onion and place it in the frying pan.
STEP 3
Take a fine grater and grate one large carrot into a plate, which you then place in a frying pan with onions.
STEP 4
Stir and fry vegetables in a frying pan over high heat on the stove.
STEP 5
Take a large bowl and place six hundred grams of mixed minced meat into it, then add two hundred grams of pre-boiled rice to it, add salt, cumin, coriander, suneli hops and a mixture of ground black and red pepper to taste.
STEP 6
Place half of the fried vegetables from the pan into a common bowl.
STEP 7
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, then set the bowl with the prepared minced meat aside and let it sit for fifteen to twenty minutes.
STEP 8
Place one hundred and fifty grams of sour cream, one hundred and fifty grams of tomato sauce into a frying pan, add two bay leaves and pour one hundred and fifty milliliters of water into it.
STEP 9
Mix all the ingredients well in the frying pan, then cover it with a lid and bring the sauce to a boil on medium heat on the stove, then turn off the stove and let the prepared sauce sit for a little time.
STEP 10
Fill the pre-peeled peppers fairly tightly with the required amount of cooked minced meat and place them on a plate.
STEP 11
Take a frying pan and place it on the stove that is turned on, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and heat it, then put the stuffed peppers in it and fry it on each side until golden brown at a high stove temperature.
STEP 12
Pour the prepared sauce over the fried peppers in a frying pan, which then distribute evenly.
STEP 13
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the peppers for one hour on medium heat until fully cooked.
STEP 14
