What a beautiful beet salad this turned out to be. The author has golden hands. I also like the version of beet salad with beans, maybe someone would like to try it.

My daughter and I prepared beet salad with prunes and walnuts together, she actively helped) I also didn’t like beets at all as a child, but now I really like this wonderful vegetable. And how many salads can you make with it! For example, according to this recipe. It contains so many delicious fillings, it’s simply a fairy tale! We boiled the beets and my daughter grated them herself on a coarse grater. I usually steam prunes, but this time I didn’t, they were already soft, I just cut them into pieces. But I prepared the walnuts, fried them in a dry frying pan, and then chopped them. I like this special aroma of roasted nuts) All that remains is to mix everything and add the dressing and garlic. The salad sat in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and for dinner we had a surprise for dad) A very tasty salad, full of different aromas and tastes. The tangy-sweet flavor is amazing. Thanks for the recipe!

Beetroot salad with prunes and walnuts is a classic, win-win combination of ingredients. Very harmonious taste, slight piquancy, great benefits! What else can you add when trying to describe this salad in words? The best thing to do is cook it and enjoy! Thank you, Maria!

I really love this salad. It wasn’t the word that made me fall in love with the rose, but the beetroot itself...all so right, juicy, sweet. I would have dragged it off the monitor. And black plums on black! Aerobatics! The plate, the salad, the nuts, the whole composition is inspiring...Bravo Maria!
