STEP 1

How to make beet salad with prunes and walnuts? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Bake the beets in the oven in advance. To do this, wash the vegetable thoroughly, preferably with a brush, and dry. Wrap the beets in foil and bake at a temperature of 180 to 200 degrees for 60 -90 minutes. The exact time depends on the features of your oven and the size of the beets. The finished beets can be easily pierced with a fork or knife.

Grate the cooled baked beets on a coarse grater. Wash the prunes, dry and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the nuts with a knife.
