If the herring is too salty, it will need to be pre-soaked in water or milk. Cut the fish fillet into small slices. If you don’t want to waste time cutting up herring, then buy ready-made fillets at the store.

    We cook potatoes in their jackets. To do this, put it in a saucepan with cold salted water and cook after boiling for 25 minutes until done, which can be checked using a knife with a sharp blade. Remove from the water and let cool.
