My childhood memories are full of the aromas of my grandmother's kitchen, where my culinary experiments began. Every weekend we would gather as a family, cooking our favorite dishes, and I dreamed of creating something special. Traveling around the world, I discovered a variety of culinary traditions - from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, you don’t need to be a chef. The simplicity and accessibility of cooking for everyone is what inspires me to share my recipes and stories.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Science at Université Laval.
