Summer always pleases with various fruits. I mostly like to bake pies with apricots. On the site I found such a simple recipe where you don’t even need to knead the dough with your hands. All ingredients are mixed and immediately poured into the mold. My dough turned out to be thick, but according to the recipe I added a few spoons less flour than required. It was the aroma from the oven that made it clear that the pie was cooked and covered with a crust. Very tasty. Just right for summer cooking.
