Sweet pancakes made with milk and dry yeast
Make real fluffy pancakes for breakfast. Pancakes, hot, straight from the frying pan, golden and delicate in taste, made from wheat dough with sour cream or jam, aromatic and always welcome. Some call them crumpets, others donuts, but real pancakes prepared according to the classic recipe have their own individual taste. Making real pancakes is not at all difficult, and one morning, your house will be filled with the delicious aroma of freshly prepared pancakes with sour cream and fresh berries, and a cup of hot coffee or tea will complement your breakfast with pancakes.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Sift the flour, add sugar, salt, yeast and mix.
STEP 2

Make a well in the flour and add 1 egg and milk, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
STEP 3

Add 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil and mix well.
STEP 4

Cover the dough with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
STEP 5

Heat a frying pan, pour 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil. Spoon the dough into the pan, a short distance apart. Each time before you take the dough, dip the spoon in cold water, then the dough will not stick to the spoon.
STEP 6

Bake the pancakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. You can serve the pancakes with sour cream, jam or jam, chocolate or cream sauces. Bon appetit!
