Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 3 day 1 hr
STEP 1
To cook meat, we need a good piece. Preferably even, without veins and fat.
STEP 2
Insert a freezer bag into the cake pan. Pour sugar, salt, peppercorns into it. Pour in sunflower oil and vodka. Mix everything well inside the bag.
STEP 3
Now place the meat and tie the bag tightly. Place the meat in the refrigerator for three days.
STEP 4
During this time, do not forget to turn the meat several times a day.
STEP 5
Remove the finished meat from the marinade, do not rinse, but simply dip it with a paper towel. The meat is ready!
STEP 6
Prepare the sauce. Place soft-boiled eggs in a blender glass, add vinegar and sunflower oil. Blend well with a blender. Before serving, chop the onion and squeeze out a clove of garlic. Stir and serve.
