STEP 1
How to make beef in cream sauce? Prepare your ingredients.
STEP 2
Wash the beef, dry it and cut into small pieces.
STEP 3
Place the meat in a hot frying pan, add salt and pepper, and sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired.

Quickly fry the meat in sunflower oil for about 3 minutes to maintain its juiciness.

Sauce.

Dissolve starch in cold water.
STEP 7
Add sour cream and cream to the saucepan. Stirring, bring the mixture to a boil over low heat.

Season the sauce with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Pour in the diluted starch. Simmer the sauce over low heat until thickened.
STEP 10
Add cream sauce and tomato sauce to the meat in the pan.
STEP 11
Mix well.
STEP 12
Simmer the beef covered for about 40 minutes. If the sauce thickens too much and the beef is not yet ready, add a little water and simmer further.
