I like making beef gravy in the slow cooker better than making it in the Instant Pot. Using the technique, the meat turns out much softer and you don’t need to watch it. This time too, the beef steamed well, became tender, and was easy and pleasant to chew. I actually increased the cooking time. First, I fried the meat and vegetables for 30 minutes. And then she poured in water and cooked for another half an hour on the “stew” mode. It all depends on the degree of toughness of the meat. The gravy turned out very tasty, just like my mother used to make when I was a child. Just next time I’ll take less water, we eat the meat faster than the gravy itself)
