Beef and pickled cucumber salad
A work colleague told me this recipe. I'm sharing it! You cook the beef in pieces, let it cool and tear it finely along the fibers with your hands. Finely chop the red onion and finely chop the pickled cucumbers, 4 cucumbers. meat 1.2 kg.
