Beautiful bakery pie Bouquet of roses

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Place the yeast in the milk and add a teaspoon of granulated sugar to it. Let it brew for about 15 minutes. Now mix vanilla and regular sugar, salt and flour. Add milk with yeast, yolks and softened butter. Knead everything together with a mixer for about 15 minutes. Let it rise for 1-1.5 hours (you need the dough to double in volume).
STEP 2

Now divide the dough into 3 pieces and roll it out. Cut out circles (10 cm in diameter) from the rolled out dough. Place 3 pieces of dough together, overlapping each other. Roll tightly into a tube. Now cut the tubes into 2 parts in the middle.
STEP 3

Place the resulting flowers in a baking dish. Leave for 45 minutes so that the dough can still rise.
STEP 4

Then bake in the oven (at 180 degrees).
STEP 5

Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar.
