I made garlic beans today. I soaked the beans overnight and cooked them in the morning. When she was ready, she threw it into a colander, rinsed it and let the water drain. From the greens I took dill, parsley and celery. I grated the garlic on a fine grater and added it to the beans along with the chopped herbs. I added salt, pepper and seasoned with odorless sunflower oil. It turned out very aromatic, piquant and incredibly tasty! In principle, I love beans, and now I’ll add this dish to my stash. Delicious and simple, all products are compatible!)) but I would add juicier tomatoes or zucchini. You can also add quinoa as a herb.
