STEP 1

How to make beans with garlic? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Any beans will do - red, white or mixed. I have Kidney beans. It is bright, quite large and does not lose its shape when cooked. Any vegetable oil will do for the dressing. I have olive.
STEP 2

Pre-soak the beans in cold water for 6-8 hours. I usually put the beans in the evening so that I can boil them in the morning. Depending on the variety, you may need more or less soaking time, so check the instructions on the package. STEP 3

STEP 4

Place the finished beans on a sieve and dry. If you want to significantly reduce cooking time, you can take ready-made canned beans.
STEP 5

Wash the cilantro and dill, dry and finely chop. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, basil, green onions, wild garlic, etc.
STEP 6

In a salad bowl, combine beans, cilantro, dill, and garlic cloves passed through a press. Pour vegetable oil over the salad, salt and pepper and mix. If you wish, you can add other spices to your taste, for example, suneli hops, paprika, etc.
