Let's make a sponge cake. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Prepare bread crumbs, ground almonds and sugar.

Fry the crackers in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Let's cool.

Beat the yolks with sugar until white. Add whites, crackers and ground almonds to them.

Roll out the shortbread dough on paper. And put it together with the paper in the form.

My shape is 30 by 34 cm. Prick the dough with a fork.

Pour the biscuit dough onto the shortbread dough and place in an oven preheated to 180C for 30 minutes.

Let the finished pie cool.
