Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
I had potato pancakes leftover from the evening (I already posted the recipe), so I decided to prepare such a simple and delicious breakfast for my men.
STEP 2
1. Thaw seafood (I used peeled) and rinse well.2. Finely chop the red or regular onion.3. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion and fry over low heat until transparent.
STEP 3
4. Add seafood to the onion and fry over high heat, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes, add salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
STEP 4
5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Place pancake in muffin tins, then seafood, grated cheese on top,

and break the egg into the cheese. Add a little salt on top.
STEP 6
6. Preheat the oven to 200 C and bake for 20 minutes. Focus on your oven.
