Mash the bananas with a fork, making sure that there are no large lumps left.

Add banana puree to the remaining ingredients and stir.

Pour the dough into a greased baking dish. Bake the cake for about 1 hour at 180°C.

Place peeled and sliced bananas, sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar into a blender bowl.

Beat everything with a blender until smooth. For the cream, it is better to use richer sour cream - homemade. And it doesn’t take long to beat. Otherwise, the cream will turn out too liquid and will spread. It’s even better to mash the bananas separately in a blender, and then mix them into thick sour cream and sugar and mix. You can beat with a mixer until fluffy.
STEP 13

Remove the finished cake from the mold, cool and cut lengthwise into two cakes.
STEP 14

Coat the cakes with banana cream and stack them on top of each other. Also grease the top of the cake with the remaining cream.
STEP 15

You can sprinkle the cake with crumbled cookies on top. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then serve.
