Baked telapia with potatoes

An extraordinary dish with an elegant taste for your dear guests. I managed to get this amazing recipe from a famous chef. And fish such as telapia, trout, mackerel are his strong point. When we visit them, we get great pleasure from the dishes he prepares from fish. Today I want to share with you this recipe for Telapia baked with potatoes. Our chef doesn’t even trust his wife to prepare this food, believing that she might leave something unfinished, although this can be argued.

I took the recipe for baked telapia with potatoes as a basis and replaced the fish with pangasius. The fillet of these fish is similar: it is boneless, the taste is similar and the meat is tender. The quantity of products is calculated for 4 servings. Pangasius is larger, so I cut the fillets into pieces. I marinated them in a mixture of salt, lemon juice and dried dill. Then I got to work on the potatoes (I took more of them): peeled them and cut them into slices with a curly knife. Potato wedges were washed to remove starch, salted and seasoned with dried vegetable mixture. Next, I lined the pan with foil, greased it with odorless vegetable oil and laid out a layer of potatoes. I mixed the fish with onion rings and placed it on the potatoes. Then a light mesh of mayonnaise and cheese. I poured the milk into the mold immediately so that the potatoes had time to soak well. Bake under foil for an hour. I ended up with an amazing tasting dish! The potatoes are very tender with a creamy flavor. The fish is also very tender, literally melts in your mouth. The onion gave quite a lot of juice and soaked all the layers. This is delicious! And mayonnaise with melted cheese harmoniously complements this light and at the same time nutritious dish!

A simple and delicious dish at the same time! Mine are delighted! Thank you! And if there is no telapia, you can take another sea fish. This is also a good recipe

Thank you, it turned out delicious! The only mistake is in the recipe. First a mesh of mayonnaise - and then cheese on top. And you write that first there is cheese, and then a mesh of mayonnaise. :)
